dumbell press 6 sets x 12,8,8,6,4,3 reps
side laterals 3 sets x 12,8,6 reps
bent over laterals 3 sets x 12,8,6 reps
does this look good or am i doing to many sets for dumbell press, 6 sets seems to feel just right, i am just starting to workout hard after a long layoff.
