Is there appititite suprresion out there not ephedra related?

is there any appitite suppresion out there that is not ephedra related that actually works..for example, that i can take 2 hours before bedtime to eliminiate late night cravings?...
 
ive heard alot about no not really..but its more like if im on a low calorie diet, i get this knot in my stomach and call fall asleep..even if I have a protein shake or something...does 5-htp eliminate that or just help?...i need to go to sleep without hunger pretty much
 
It doesn't always work...but something for night-time cravings, I'll eat something high in fiber like a quick salad to fill me up and help me sleep.

During the day chugging water with some vitamins helps me. I used to be prescribed dexedrine (a ampetamine) If I pop a 5mg pill once here and there in the month it helps when it gets REAL bad.

I also heard that L-Glutamine is a good craving stopper.

Or if all elese fails look at some "goal" pictures (pictures of the bod you're going for or have - mags, etc...) or looking at over-weight, unhealthy people?

try 5-htp or inositol...inositol is a bvit that I believe is considered a sugar but does not affect insulin levels whatsoever. It takes a few days to be noticed but it works as an overall mood raiser and some take it for depression. I know its not what your looking for but it helps me a lot with sleep and seems to blunt hunger as a result of a more relaxed state of being. Also would say l-tyrosine, but like ephedrine it has some stimulant properties as it affects dopamine.
