Is there anyone who has webspace and can host something for me?

I cant understand how a 15 second clip can take up that much space, I'm still trying to figure out the program that I have to use to download the stuff from the camera to the pc
I probably dont have time to do it right now as I'm already was late, I do really appreciate the offer so I'll see if I can figure it out when I get home and email t to you
