You shouldnt worry about water retention since winny is often use to get the water retention away (dbol/deca/sust cycle)......

I've heard that it has a different effect on women then on men. I heard that men get cut and women retain water. Does anyone have any insight on this?

Yes, water retention.....makes you puffy but not too bad and usually only after the first cycle.

Well thats weird cause my gf was on a 4 weeks 10 mg ED no water retention at all...just got cut.

cseg7- The swelling is not massive at all. Just real "full". I have one more week on so not sure what will happen whan I am done. Star-Thanks for the info on later cycles. I am new to all this and am absorbing all the info that I can!

Like I said water retention is usually only after the FIRST cycle but in some women that are prone to retention it can very well happen in the first.....rare though.

I did a cycle 40cc, injected, I agree with Star, I did not get ripped and I was on a clean diet. I gained about 7lbs of muscle, I was hard, I did retain a lot of water after my cycle, swollen ankles, haven't gotten my period in 3mths. It does mess with the hormones. Definitely gained weight from it and it taking forever to lose. I'm looking into a cycle of anavar.

But men and women do experience different effects from winny. It is not a cutting drug. Men will get noticeably leaner than women.

I experienced acne after my cycle. Mostly on my back.
