Depending on how much sodium; if you don't experience too many sides from sodium intake then moderate intake would be fine, just don't overdo it. Mr.X

You should lay off too much tuna, but if you're not precontest it would not be considered overdoing but a bit much that's for sure - no matter the source, sodium is sodium. Mr.X
