I feel like shit in the morning, so I prefer to do my cardio in the late afternoon, early evening. If cardio fitness is a goal, then I think its the best time to do it, cause I feel I can go longer and harder at this time. I hate morning cardio.

This is exactly why I asked. I can not fucking run in the morning I am so out of it. All I want to do is sit down with a bowl of cereal and watch some TV until I wake up.
