Is my gyno permanent?

My last cycle was 400mg T E and 400mg E Q / week.

After about 7 weeks, I noticed a small lump under my left nip. I started N.olva right away while I waited for my L.etro to arrive.

In week 10 I injured myself, so I had to roll into PCT.

I ran the L.etro with H C G for 3 weeks and I moved on to L.etro and C.lomid.

The lump was knocked right down. It is tiny now. BUT, as small as it is, I can still feel it under there and I want it gone.

I've been taking L.etro for well over a month, my sex drive is gone, the bottle is done and the lump is still there. I need some help.

If l.etro didn't get rid of it what will?

Is it going to ever go away?

for some reason the gynecomastia question doesn't get much answers on this board. I really didn't get much help when i made a thread about my situation...which is not much unlike yours.

I developed a lump in my left pec during PCT - post cycle therapy - , finished the 4 weeks of PCT - post cycle therapy - , then started with Femera - letrozole - . Been on the Femera - letrozole - for about 5 days now..can't say i've seen much improvement so i made an appointment to see an endocrinologist to check out my prolactin levels, plus i got blood tests taken this morning to check everything out.

I am really really hoping surgery is not my only option, i would really wanna fucking kill someone if the doctor told me that.

I had a bad lump under one nip from deca. it hurt like hell to the touch and was clearly visible. i ran a bottle of letro at 1.25mg ED DURING A CYCLE and the lump is now nonexistent. I guess it works for some and not for others.

This lump is so small I can't even find it at times. It is not visible and doesn't hurt. I'd honestly rather live with it the run femera again. 1/2 dropper of it ED shut me down hard.

Now that it's there, what precautions should I take for future cycles? Obviously, Anti-E's are not optional for me (as many suggested they were).

Should I even do another cycle since I have this problem?

gynecomastia can be permanent. I eventually had surgery done. Small incisions around the nipple, cut out the glands and for $1800 I am free from that bullshit forever!

So you never need anti-e's again?

Depending on how many cycles you do the suggery could pay for itself with the money you save from not using anti-e's. It might take a while though.

i had lumps and a Femera - letrozole - /Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - combo took care of it completely

2.5mg of Femera - letrozole - ed and 50mg of novla ed

i still can't find a definitive answer on the internet on whether or not to take Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - with Femera - letrozole - for a gynecomastia lump. Most people say the Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - will lessen the effects of the Femera - letrozole - , i dunno, its a pain in the ass not knowing what the deal is.

I have the Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - ready to go but im just unsure on whether or not it would benefit me. I guess its just a crapshoot either way.

EDIT- just saw your post

yeah i am thinking about just adding it to see if it helps. Im at the point where i'll try just about anything.

Completely untrue man.... you're not free from it forever.... surgery doesn't guarantee *complete* removal of gyno... that tissue can get pretty complicated in there... people have reported having to go back under the knife because it wasn't successful the first (or even second) time...

Well, it helps to determine if you're prone to estrogen-related gyno or progestin/prolactin-related gyno (or both)... if the former, you want to stay away from anything that aromatizes (test, for example)... if the latter, stay away from de-ca and tr-en.... if you have to use any of these, make sure you're stocked with aromatase inhibitors, cabaser... anything to keep estrogen and prolactin down

2.5mg of Femera - letrozole - ed and 50mg of novla ed

I was told by many not to mix the two. I'm glad it worked for you though.

It must be estrogen-related gynecomastia since I got it from a test/eq cycle right???

If I have to stay away from test, my roid career is over.

to mix the 2? fuck for gyno symptoms it works like a dream

fuck i think mr. x is the one that got me on it bro

Hey bro, Listen to Jon79 he is right on the money. Run Nolvaldex - tamoxifen citrate - with Femera - letrozole - it works just like he says. I ran the same thing for gynecomastia that popped up at the end of my cycle on my right nip. Started Nolva just like you then added Letro the following week. Ran both until the lump was very small. I tapered off the Femera - letrozole - for one week while still running the Nolva. Then continued the Nolva for one more week as I started PCT - post cycle therapy - with Toremiphene. The lump became a tiny flat spot about the size of a very flat bb. It got to a point that it was hard to find. Then a few weeks after finishing PCT - post cycle therapy - it completely disappeared. Give it some time. Nolva did the most to remove the gynecomastia IMO.

Well, if you haven't run any de-ca or tr-en, even if it was up to a year ago, then my guess would be it was the test, since E Q doesn't aromatize much at all. I feel your pain, I love test and would have a hard time getting rid of it... I guess primo would be an option... var, t bol, winny....

I think I'm gonna run a low dose (250mg) of test with either E Q or P.rimo next time. I'll be fine as long as I use A-dex or N.olva with it.

My buddy told me I over killed the anti-e's (by doing 20mg N.olva ED) on my first cycle. So I didn't use anything on the next one and boom, 7 weeks in, lump. Anyway, now I know... and I'm just glad it isn't painfull or noticeable.

MANYtimes surgery is all that will remove the entire lump.

I got my lumps from test suspension...this was back in 1994...so pre L.etro... I took nolvy like pez candy...did nothing but stop it..... got the surgery later covered by my insurance... gone baby gone... BUT...it can come back... I later asked my doc if he removed the entire gland...he laughed...as if he knew...and said... "I didn't perform the surgery as if you had cancer...the gland is inner-woven inside and would take a micro surgery to get it all..

I've never really had many probs...until I used Methly test...I started to feel discomfort again...I started nolvy again...and then jumped on a.dex...

I never got lumps again..I guess I caught it in time...
