Is my Celltech ok or I've been cheated?

I've just recieved a 4.3lbs celltech in orange flavor,
it had a trasperant seal on that was securing the black cap to the white plastic body of the pack, it was not very tight, I could rotate it easily: first question, is this ok? or it should be tight?
And when I screwed the cap open, there was another paper seal (drum seal) that was removed very very easliy as if it wasn't under any kind of adhesive and, Second question: is this ok?

Then, the expiry date isn't written anywhere on the pack, but on a small sticker that was sticked on the side, the only thing writtin on the pack itself is 1233J40 2018, Question 3: is that suspicious ?

And also, it doesn't has made in USA, but it has "Developed by and Manufacured excusively FOR muscletech" What is that?

I've never used Celltech, so I don't know specifically how it is packaged, but I would guess it is ok. I've had containers from other companies that are like what you described. The inner seal can get loose when you twist the lid and the outer seal mainly prevents the lid from coming COMPLETELY off, so it is possible for the lid to be a little loose.

Even with all that said, I would call Muscle Tech and ask them or e-mail them. They should have a better seal, especially considering ALA is very sensitive to moisture. I don't like the idea of ALA in a powder anyway. In my opinion, ALA should be used in capsule form if you are going to use it.

It won't be that easy, after I tore the seals (the outer infact, the inner was already loose) , I'd need someone to tell me that mine is actually having something wrong.

Please any users of celltech, check my original post and tell me what you think?

I made the mistake of buying Cell-Tech a while back, that sounds pretty much the same as mine was. I am not saying your's is fine though. If you have reservations about taking it, don't. Then go buy some dextrose and creatine separately and take them. Cheaer...much cheaper. Post-workout, I currently eat three packages of "Smarties"~75 grams of dextrose and malodextrin (they're sweet tarts) and take ProLab creatine. I am happy with the combo so far.
