diseasl was smart enough to come up with the concept that the product was 'bullshit'... and said it doesnt work. no explanation. no nothing. so clearly he hasnt tried it and knows nothing about it.

i was just simple 'correcting' him by saying well... if you say it doesnt work, then why is it that everyone who uses it says it does work?.. becos i was after more thoughful opinions

actually i have tried it. And i did not say it did not work, i meant it's not 400% better. Do you have any idea how much 400% is? That's a big statment and sounds like a bullshit marketing scam. Are you talking about those big black containers of GNC creatien? The shit did not even disolve completly. That was a year ago, mayabe they changed the product. It was expensive as hell too.

All creatien is the same, there is only one version of the substance "creatien" . You just need to make sure whatever brand you get is micronized, and disolves eaisly. If you are talking about the gnc shit i took, good luck. If you are bulking you want a creatien/ dextros combo to upload the creatien into the muscle. Does gnc's version have this or is it just raw createin? This is why i recommened AST creatien HSC. Atleast this way it tastes good and you don't have to feel the powder going down
