I have what looks like gyno sometimes but its actually fat, always goes away when i nail down my diet and cardio.
Sounds like a plan.... I am just lazy I suppose, prob need to go to the grocery store more than once a month. I really appreciate the help guys. Talked to my doc this morning. said levels are high but not anything too much to worry about at this time. I am def going to try and keep the shakes down to maybe 2 a day and eat the rest of my protein. Its just hard to eat 200g per day but maybe I need to worry about getting quality protein instead of trying to get x amount of protein per day like steve said. Again thanks for the input!!!
