Is It Ok To Have Whey With Every Meal?

I ussually have about 25-30 grams of proetin from whole food every meal with about 15-20 grams of whey with each meal. Is it ok to have whey in every meal?

yes, just make sure you are taking in that protein from whole food as well.
 
Good post, I was thinking about this the other day. When I bulk this winter I plan on having a scoop of whey with most of my meals (~20g). pump on

yes i did when bulking...

meal went like so..
40 grams of protein from fish chicken or steak
50-75 grams of carbs from rice or potatos
2 servings of greens
1 scoop of whey

so total meal had about 60 grams of protein
 
What about if you are cutting? Does the Whey turn into sugar and cause insulin spikes all day long? Would it be liek eating extra carbs when I am eating only protein and fat meals?
 
No, but extra cals is extra cals. If you can fit it in, do so. But you should be ok with just whole foods as the only source in the meal (as far as protein is concerned)
 
as long as it's going down with whole food protein choices as well, it's all good to do at every meal. I replace1-2 meals a day with whey or an MRP, usually, but whole food if it's possible.
