Is it morally wrong to use someone for sex?

Say someone really, really likes you and you just kinda go along with it...just to get some play. How much of a scumbag would that make you? I'm pretty sure it's bad karma, but it's not like you'll be going to hell or anything.

What makes sex different than useing somone for money, power, popularity, etc.? Of course it makes you a scumbag. Pretense to get what you want at the expense of others is corrupt.
