Is it bad if...

If it continues you could be over training or not eating enough food to keep your body and mind going. Its easy to exhhaust your self if your not eating properly.

Yeah, I sleep about 6 hours a night AND eat about 1200 calories a day. At 6', 155 lbs I guess that's a bad thing. If I continue at this pace, while working out, will I eventually go under weight? I mean, how much should I eat if I want to MAINTAIN my weight?

Legion, no offence bro..But youre eating the maintenance calories of an 8 year old girl.... If you have any aspirations of getting bigger you will have to take the advice that many of us have given you time and time again.... "EAT" I know that sleep is a factor you can often not control, I mean I just graduated college taking 26 hours my last semester so I was luck to get 4 hour/night... But your diet you can control... If you want to recover from training, if you want to have energy, if you want to get bigger, if you want to get stronger.. then "EAT" ... At least get up to 3000 calories/day and at the very least 1 gram of protein per pound of bodyweight... Much better yet consume 4000 calories and 2 grams of protein per pound.. Look, the members of this board are always more than willing to help you...But youre gonna have to trust us and take our advice.. We Learned through experience what works and you can benefit through out trial and error if you will just listen.. Since the first post I saw you make on this board asking how to gain weight I have personally gained about 15 lean pounds... If you would have taken our advice then you could have done the same...

Sorry if this has sounded like a rant towards you Legion, It was meant with the best of intentions to help you.. If you want you can post your training schedule and the specifics of your diet and myself and many people who are much more knowledgeable than me will be glad to make specific recommendations as to what you should change..

Peace

I don't find it offensive at all bro, I know you're trying to help. I'm just saying like... it's so hard to eat. I try. Besides the fact that I'm picky (mainly I only eat tuna, and that's very low in fat, and calories) I also don't have THAT much money (though I have a job now, I get like $160 a week, telemarketing) so it's hard for me.
