Well i did cardio in the morning and lost muscle, and strenght went through the floor, read.....weak.
So i do my cardio before bed. I actually get a pump from it and it feels good. Now the other key is the diet. I do a CKD diet. So i am pretty much always in ketosis, thus anytime i do cardio i burn fat.
