Is clen effective even at low dose?

thinking of adding in a little clen before my am cardio at around 40-50mcg.....would i benefit from this or is it not worth it unless you really run it??
 
I would start out at 20 mcg for 10 days then take it 2 days on 2 days off. On the off days take benadryl to rechargec yoiur receptors. You can start upping the dose to 40 mcg after this and continue the 2 day on 2 day off pattern increasing the dose by 20 mcg every 8 days. This is the old school method I always used and got great results. However if I was really low on carbs I'd get nasty leg cramps. There may be a more modern/effective way to use clen these days-I've heard 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and other guys just take it daily for a month-6 wks at a time.

i'd feel comfortable with that...thanks for the info bro!! K to ya...... i like a little stimulant but i'd rather run a little more t3 than clen....i feel its safer..atleast for me since my family has a history of heart troubles....clen freaks me a bit...

what if i just ran it 10 on 10 off at 20mcg and bump it to 40mcg after a few "cycles"???? i am using so much stuff right now i don't want to add benadryl if i don't need to....damn....typing this i noticed that i am shaking already......i just took it about 3 hours ago before cardio...30mcg.
 
i did 2 two week cycles in the past two months and used up to 160 a day but found 120-140 to be better. I tried to start my 3rd and last yesterday and the fuckin headaches ain't worth it...

I didn't take any today. Debating if I should put up with it or try much lower doses. It does seem to work for me but not as much as the hype.
 
I'd be willing to bet unless you take a ton of stimulants that 20mcg will make you shake so fucking bad you'll cry. I couldnt ever take more than 80mcg a day, but make sure to supplement with K+ while you're on.
 
I'd also like to add that I never used clen unless I was on a restricted calorie diet-so the gains I got off of small amounts may have been due to dieting moreso than the clen. Also T3 has a nasty rebound effect. For me I need to actually further restrict my caloric intake after coming off of it just to keep from becoming a fat ass. Therefore I choose not to use T3 at all. I know plenty of female figure competitors that feel the same way. I know one T3 user that went from 119 lbs on stage to 145 lbs a month later in spite of continuing with regular cardio and trying to keep her caloric intake in check. She tapered off on here dosage, but the weight still packed on at an alarming rate. She went from tight assed hottie to looking like a regular thick chick in just 6 weeks.

what really works well bro...and i am pretty versed with t3...thats why i have "spaghettie legs" as you say!!! lol j/k my man....anyway....3-4 grams of l tyrosine with green tea caps throughout the day after stopping t3 works great...also its very important to run t3 at 12.5mcg for atleast 2 weeks and even another week at 5-10mcg or so....i am normally very lean when i come off and continue my aas cycle for antoher 4-5 after stopping the t3...the slight drop in metabolism normally gives me a rebound effect like after a competition but if your cals are clean etc you will actually get a nice little gain
 
I use 200mcg's/day of T4 along with my Gh to potentiate the Gh experience, other than that, i like to save clen and T3 for precontest prep.....the last 4 weeks before stepping onstage. If you overuse these products year round, they will work less for you when you really need them like for precontest situation.

how do you dose those 4 weeks anyway??

T3 pyrimiding up from 25mcg's/day to 100mcg's/day then work back downward in increments of 25 mcg's. However, i'm on T4 most of the time year round in conjunction with my Gh/slin. Clen at 120mcg's/day is about all my body can withstand without suffering severe cramps.

gotchya...thanks man! i have ran t3 up to 100mg before but it was just to much unless maybe i was runnig more gear.....it almost felt like i was training natural as far as pumps, strength etc.....seemed to negate the effect of the gear just for a little more fat burning???

regardless....thanks for the info bro i am gonna roll with a lighter dose but that saem program :evil: :evil:

whats your opinion bro....isn't tren actually more effective at fat burning than clen, albut, etc??? i would rather risk the tren then this shit....something about stimulants freaks me out.....tren makes me a freak...and thats cool...whats your opinion??
 
run test, tren and albuterol together... haha.
Just finished that and it was prob the best cutting cycle keeping the strength combo ever...

My Doc warned me that taking the Albuterol can cause some anxiety and heart palpitations as well but I thought it was nearly as bad as Clen. You get some added aerobic stamina at the gym with the albuterol since it opens your lungs up as well. Its a beta2 agonist (like Clen) so its fat burning properties are almost identical.
