Is BJJ the most complicated MA?

Aikido is by far the most complicated martial art. Not only must you focus on the various complicated moves and techniques that must be pinpoint accurate (and consequently, if executed correctly, can be twice as effective as anything), there is also the Ki and energy factor you must master- knowing how to use energy and relaxation to your advantage in a fight. Trust me, it aint that easy!

Jiu Jitsu I'd say is the second most complicated.

I think Aikido is Bagua without the Offense , and withiout the Prenatal Training . Ninja , look into Bagua , get Shou You Liang's book on it , or just go into a Barnes&Noble or a Borders (if they have them in AUS , I dont recall seeing either , but I wasnt exactly looking for them) and read through it . Youll see that its Aikido's Parent Art readily , DESPITE what the Japanese Hiostorians like to say to the contrary due to Nationalism .

Bagua isnt considered Complicated however , because the Excercises and Drills make the Techniques make more sense , and give a kind of Order to them that they wouldnt otherwise have . They also Ready the body MUCH more quickly for Combat than the aikido way of just training Techniques and dling Randori .

Tae Bo is the most complicated - it's always tough to get the lighting just right while mixing a heart pumping beat with sweat and lycra.

Yeah I agree, BJJ and MMA are really tough man just ask Dr. Robert Ray from Dr. 90210 he's a fuckin badass and he studies all that bullshit fighting style... I wouldnt want any piece of someone who knows how to do what he does man... No way not me! Personally I think it's all an overhyped joke and more like a minimal contact taebo class. But if you want to brag about being tough and keep a nice clean face at the same time tell people you do MMA or BJJ.
