Is all flax seed oil the same??

Hey guys, just wanted to see if all flax seed oil is basically the same you see offered by everybody. I am running out of the oil I got from proteinfactory, so just curious if I should go through them again for it or if it really can be bought anywhere without that much of a difference.

I heard you should make sure it is cold pressed and stored in a freezer or refrigerator until shipped. Then keep it in your freezer.
