i got caught up in the wedding bs, I had a lot less time than I thought and so on.....not to worry though I will probably be back out there for a couple weeks in a couple months. This time i will be there to work with a speed coach and train so we will definately scare some of the twinks. I apologize for not letting you know this time, i assumed I would have 4 days and it turned into 2 and that got spent showing my fiancee all of so cal....lol

i'll let you know soon when i'll be back and this time we will definately train, maybe even do golds and the firehouse....

it went ok

i did it with a pulled hamstring so I was not satisfied with the results but they should be enough to get me a job somewhere....lol

Gold's will be cool. I trained there for about 10 years... still go back regularly. We've also got to hit the muscle pit on the beach. It's a blast to work out in the sun.
