Hi everyone,
I have only been lurking on this board for a few months and only posting for a couple, so I don't know if this has been done before (or lately) but I thought I would start a thread where newbies can post introductions. I'll start, like I said, I really just got here.
I have been lifting seriously for about 2.5 years. I love the gym. I really grew up around them because my parents have almost always been involved with them and now my Dad runs one, while my Mom works at the same one. I am trying to put on mass and I think I am actually starting to do so. I started HIT training about 2 weeks ago because I have tried pretty much everything without too much success. I had always felt that I had my best workouts after a longer layoff (5 or 6 days without training that muscle group) so I decided HIT might be for me. In two short weeks I have had 3 of my best workouts ever and have suffered the consequences of soreness for the next few days after. Eating everything in sight (clean for the most part). That is pretty much my story (fitness lifestyle wise anyway)...Anyone else???
If no one else feels that this thread is a good idea, please do not reply as that will keep it at the top, just let it fall by the wayside. If you want to introduce yourself to the board, feel free!!
