Well I wanted to finally introduce myself. I've been reading Elite for about 4 years now. I've finally brought myself to register so I can actually participate with you all.
As far as my stats, they are as follows:
5'11
200 lbs
18% BF
27 y/o
Male
Been working out for about 6 years when I started at 160 lbs at about 18% BF. I've done a few cycles here and there, but nothing too heavy in terms of juice. Usually just test, tren, deca or winny combos which have really helped develop my frame. I've always been more interested in diet than anything else, being that it's probably the most challenging thing for me.
I'm your classic endomorph (with the name I know you'd never guess, it's more what I'd like to be) and have a hard time losing fat. I also seem to naturally hold a lot of water. I respond best to lower carbs and higher protein diets since it seems to keep my skin a little tighter with less water.
I've had a 6 pack only once in my life, and that's where I'm trying to get back to. The most challenging part of this is being in a relationship for me. But my goal, which is very realistic, is to have a 6 pack by next summer. I hate the feeling of being chubby, as it makes me always feel hot and sweaty. Life seems much more comfortable when I'm lean, but unfortunately most of my life I haven't been.
Anyway, this is the current diet I'm on. I took it from another member on the board, so I hope he doesn't mind (mm107).
It's something that I can stick to, and isn't too too extreme.
8am
3 eggs with no fat cheese scrambled
10am
1 cup old fashioned oats
protein drink
1pm
2 tbsp natty PB
3pm
1 chicken breast
5pm
2 tbsp natty PB
7-8pm
steak/chicken
cabbage/broccoli/celery or something similar
1800 cals
Prot - 206g 48%
Carb - 89g 15%
Fat - 71 37%
I also train at least 5x weekly. 1 body part a day with 4 exorsizes, 4 sets each, at about 10 reps decreasing to 6 as I up the weight. I try to do cardio (mostly biking) at least 3 times weekly, but I honestly can't stand cardio so this doesn't always happen.
