This is it, my interview for the promotion is on friday slash monday. I'm meeting with 3 people friday and 2 on monday. I'm excited and nervous, brushing up on my chemical and process engineering knowledge...shit's gonna be big time if I get it...we're talking at least a $18,000 pay raise. I'll basically be doing global research for unilever hair care and deodorant products. I'll also get to travel KB style all across the country doing plant trials for weeks at a time (i love traveling).

I need each of you to say a little prayer for me so the milk machine can get into something he wants to do

I'm a great believer in luck and I find the harder I work, the more I have of it.... Good luck Swole... You'll be great, remember to be confident and just be yourself...

Be confident! Works like a charm.... Your attitude should be, "What can the company do for you (not the other way around)."

Trust me on this one.... Or dont take my word for it. Ask my old grump!

Either way I hope that you are able to attain whatever goals you set for yourself.

Good suggestion, answer the question then turn it around on the interviewer. Seriously, YOU should be interviewing the company, not the other way around. Remember - YOU are a valuable asset to whomever it is that should employ you so WHY SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO WORK FOR THEM?!
