Would love help for what to take for max strength. Not very educated on roids. im 5'5" 135 train hard 5 days a week diet is good. Can someone throw be a cycle plan?
 
You are pretty light. How old are you? How many years have you been lifting consistantly? What does your diet look like?
 
I tell you the secret now. Everyone promises not to spread this, its old old soviet secret for when You want to get strong: lift heavier shit. There it is, never would have thought, huh?
 
First couple years are the biggest for natural gains, I would give it three more solid years and atart your first cycle at 25. If the gains aren't coming fast enough, eat more. You aren't very heavy. If you really need to do something, look at peptides. Increasing natural hormones is always a plus. Test boosters won't help unless you down regulate DHT and estrogen. Ghrp's is where you'll see the most benefit outside of food and a strong workout plan. Look into Mk 677.
