very simple..
if it's a matter of needing to delete your ENTIRE HD, go to your command prompt, they type "format c:" c being the letter of your HD... if you dont have access to command prompt, then simply create a boot disk, boot with that floppy in the drive then type format c: from the command prompt in dos mode. This will delete EVERYTHING on your c: drive. You will have to reinstall windows and all device drivers along with all programs, but this is the only way to delete ALL incriminating evidence. Some inet processes can alter the registry entries and as a result, a smart computer tech can still find history files after you use a history cleaner-outer. Just be on teh safe side and reformat... i.e. "format c:" Also, if you are on a router, make sure it's not "logging" all the network connections that are made or else all your ip's will be stored in teh router. Good thing is, usually there are like 16 diff points that you will go through before you end up at the server whre you are buying ur sh*t. If you need any more help pm me...
