Soy milk is good. Regular milk is not for everyone!

Also used almond milk, it is ok, but not a favorite. Might be worth try though if you are not into regular milk.
 
Oats has fat (15%) of calories to be exact. No need to use 1% milk fat - use flaxseeds if you want more fat.

I have 80 grams oat bran + 10 grams flaxseeds + 5 grams ground cinnanom (cassia) + 20 miscellar casien + 15 grams whey. Tried barley for first time today, but not quite the same.

(A diabetic study on cassia showed improvements of fasting serum glucose by 18–29%, their triglyceride levels 23–30%, their LDL cholesterol 7–27%, and their total cholesterol 12–26%, over others taking placebos.
