Lookin good homie! Your stayin dry as fuck! That EQ treatin ya real well! Be killer to see how the tren recomp a you out after the drol drops. I'm just over 2 weeks into my drol run and lovin it, get in a bit watery but stayin relatively lean. Strong as shit too. My macros are pretty much identical to yours right now. Feel awesome at those numbers. Bloated as shit before bed after my last meal but other than that it's the prefect kcal for a killer 6 meal split and tons of pumps and energy for training. Going to increase though soon as well I've been plateaud on the scale for over a week!

Keep updating bro, good to see your smashin it!!

I told myself I wouldn't mess with slin till I hit 220 fairly lean and that's where I'm at right now so def a tempting vice. Need a new barrier breaker hahaha ran thru all the AAS now, cept high dose deca. But I'd rather hit some peptides and just go gorilla on some fools.

You'll have to let me know how the thyroid treats ya on offseason cals. Definately interested in some T3 in the near future as well.

You want to be just above natural levels and it works great, anymore and its impossible to bulk. 100mcg of pharm t4 was good last time im at 150mcg of pharm t4 this time but most patients seem to think this brand is slightly weaker hence the higher dose

I really don't see any real reason to run any thyroid stims in off season unless you have a fucked up thyroid and can confirm that through tests. Some argue of its benefits when bulking but to me if your over all goal is to obtain as much muscle as possible then adding t3 in the mix is just extra stress your body doesn't nessescarily need. And considering it's the one fat burner that eats muscle when taken to much, which can easily be done it's just risky and something I don't think you need to add in even if your goal is to stay lean.

With the dosages of tren you have that should be plenty to keep you in a well condition, just my two cents

Ive read both sides of the spectrum as far as off season thyroid, plan on using it half of the cycle and comparing results to see exactly how i respond to it. Esp read thyroid is good with tren as tren can lower endogenous tsh levels but at this stage its a bit of trial and error. Will let you know how it goes, condition isnt the reason im using it either purely as another muscle builder

Figure I might as well utilize all these mu'fukkin carbohydrates to their full potential while I can. Hoping to break 230 by the time I drop the drol. Definately holdin some water though.

May not bump my tren e up when i drop the a and keep tren fairly low but but aromataising gear slightly more, undecided. Depending on bloods and cardiovascular review i may bump both 😈 bp is staying around 115/65 and i feel healthier than i did last cycle which i used half the gear...

Slin will probably be added at some stage, maybe when i drop tren a.

Ps. I got in a relationship a few months ago so i kept things a hell of a lot more conservative cal consumption wise but im at the point now where im comfortable to start blowing up. Not going to get fat though...

No point in being peeled under like 225-230 if you actually wanna make something of yourself in the sport IMO especially at my height.

Very true. Strategic diets to increase insulin sensitivity can be a good plan to increase gains in the off season and increase appetite. I like to do no carb stints from time to time.

I may get my test up to a gram and same with eq, tren wont go any higher than 600 though, 240 in 12 weeks would be the goal

Thats what im talking about! My test will probably get close to a gram by the end of the cycle if bloods allow it. This off season is all out for me, i need to make up for time lost and within certain health limitations i am willing to do what ever it takes...
 
Oh and im back training a fair bit with my old training partner who i got to 230 with. Dont get me wrong i train balls to the wall by myself and can still move weight but its much better knowing you have a spot and also having someone to compete with, we are very similar in strength.

27. Those thoughts have crossed my mind. But the funds won't be there for that for quite some time unfortunately. Unless I win a lottery that I don't play lol. I definitely need a few years more of knowledge and being able to diet 100% before throwing slin in the mix.

It's the only PED that makes me nervous though so I wanna make sure I do every thing perfectly

Yeah I think in Canada we can just roll in and get humalog or humalin-R without a script... From what I've read that's the message I get. I'm gunna make a few phone calls first though to avoid any extra hastle haha. Fukkin hate dealing with people sometimes face to face over this type of stuff

Oh Canada. That's crazy! Yea. Definitely make a few phone calls to a couple of places and pitch the idea. I can't even get needles at my local pharmacy without a Rx.
 
Probs part of the reason we have 1 decent pro in our country, all slin is illegal, gear prices are double that in the states, peptides are crap and expensive, research chem sights are shit and hgh is fucking retarted, to run gh at 4iu a day for 6 months it would cost me like 8-12 grand depending on pharm brand and i have yet to see generic gh in Australian dealers lists

Tarted a new cycle today. Switching from 375mgs of test e with 400mgs of tren e to 625mgs of test e with 100mgs of NPP eod. Was gonna add in NPP earlier with the tren but didn't wanna run to nandrolone so together so waisted out. Been on my last cycle for 9 weeks and out on 10lbs of clean mass and cut 4 lbs of fat (Dex scan results) even in a 1300 cal surplus I've dropped fat. I'm way harder but didn't get that initial "bulk" I wanted from tren. My body just wanted to get lean on the stuff. Tough I look leaner and bigger from 220lbs 10 weeks ago it's time to up the aromatising drugs slightly and chuck in a quick bulked. Never used NPP before so I'm excited. Will run this for the next 8-10 weeks and hopefully I will be about 245lbs.

I've seen people blow up on NPP without the extra nasty bloated look! I've platued alitlte in weight though I've leaned put and shaped up heaps it's not my goal at all. I've always had a fast metabolism so the shit just doesn't bulk well for me, I just burn everything on it cause it ramps your metabolism up so much. The stuff works as promised though.
Test deca dbol slin sounds craaaazzzzy ahahahah. My dosages are relatively low right now as I'm responding well to it. Though I've platued lately it's why I've decided to up my androgen drugs and switch to NPP.
 
How the fuck do endurance runners perform on eq? Played a game of aussie rules today and the pumps were legit painful as hell. Calfs and back were on fire.

Yeah that's weird, when I ran EQ inwas cardio KING!!! Could literally rock out 45 min of high pace steady state like it was nothinnnnnn'

Mind you it was like eliptical or stepper or bike so no like stops and starts and pretty easy on the legs.

Probably a combo of the 2, I've never ran EQ while on tren so I donno how that goes. But I've never had more energy and been able to train/cardio longer and harder than when I was runnin EQ, that shit was the bomb for endurance for me

Man I'm the same way with tren bro, I need to stack an oral ontop to really get a bang out of it. I can usually tip the scale a bit but I don't get the crazy strength increase that some people say they experience.

It just makes me look freaky vascular and really brings out the seperation in my muscles and straiations. I think it's really over-hyped by some people. Awesome drug but not at all the magic gold oil that bro's claim....

I have been seeing much better gains with only 400 tren and a gram of test than I did with almost a gram of tren and only 400 test. Play around till you find your sweet spot and you'll know when you hit it.

Man arms are hard to make grow hahaha I've put on like 40 pounds this year almost and I swear my arms have only grown like an inch 🙈 but then again I'm my worst critic and I get asked if I'm on gear almost everyday by somebody at the gym who doesn't know me hahaha so who knows. Maybe it's just harder to tell when the rest of your body is growing as well.

Time to bring out the measuring tape I think. Get the mind games out of it.

12.5mg aromasin 3x a week. On the doses I would say that's conservative lol.
 
Defs conservative! I think i may have to up my dex to 0.5ed. 0.25ed and im getting sensitive nipples


Yeah .5 Ed is perfect for me right now, no dry joints, keeping water off fairly well (drol still playin it's part in that), no nipple probs, just overall good feeling and that's with 1G test and no other aromatising compounds. Me thinks that's the 👌dose

Yeah 750ish test and 800 eq which hardly aromataises. Added caber in too because i didn't have any high e symptoms other than slightly sensitive nips. Doing 0.25 e3d of caber

Yeah I am gunna run caber next time I blast tren, vit B6 does a pretty solid job for me though especially on low doses. I added it in when my tren was really high, and I noticed my nips were gettin puffy and sensitive and there was no way it was the test, 600mg vit B6 Ed for about 2 weeks and it was gone. But that's ghetto and caber has mad other benefits anyways

Read about caber causing certaim heart issues if b6 works that would be the best route. Higher doses will obvs need caber though

I used to bullshit my stats in hockey cuz I was such a lightweight when I played junior I was still sittin like 165-170... I was carded in at 6' 185 haha

Im the same, my stats are the best they have been but i dont look as big as i was and i defs dont look 225 at 5'7
 
There's pros and cons to being 6ft lol, it's harder to add mass due to the fact your muscles are longer and getting that bulky look isn't as easy as you 5ft 6 fellas, but when you do oh man it's something else. I've been the same height since I was 14, and gone from 56kg to 104.8kg in 3 years 😂 arms have been hardest part of body to develop as they're super long, but now them being almost 18inchs they are my one of my better body parts. I think 6ft would be the limit for bodybuilding though, any taller unless you have freaky structure just won't look good when you diet down
