Good luck! You're still shredded so you shouldn't have much problem coming back better than ever.

Two key tools I used to come back after surgery were myofascial release using a baseball, and corrective exercises using really light clubbells. Read up on them I'm sure they'll be just as useful to you!

Got sick of waiting for my source so i bought a vile of eq and am starting tomorrow, should be enough to get me through until my source comes in with the rest
 
Lol it's the angle bro! Plus the width can make you look shorter. And you by far have that on me lol. Well right now you have everything above me. But I'm back in it and will be fighting to catch up.

Dont flatter me too much! I weigh more than i look, for what ever reason i need to be 10lbs heavier than most guys to look the same even though my waist is like 30inches peelee and i have small knees and wrists, its weird.

Cant wait to add my anadrol in and insulin with 2x per day training for a few weeks and blow back up. Strength and intensity is right back up but recovery is average at best, both from not being on gear a poor sleep from long school/work hours, id average 5hours sleep a night
 
Carbs have been at 0 for 3 days and i an clearly flat but despite that this shot from training tonight clearly highlights ny pigeon chest and small arms

Ps. My abs look weird and watery from subq shots

First pin of sust and EQ this morning. Then about 3 1/2 hours ago pinned 50mg drol. Injection was good. But moving around a couple minutes later the pain hit. Worst pin of my experience yet. But I'm blaming t on me. Bad delt technique and first delt pin in 3 months.

I will be creating a log when I have a moment to type it up. Life has been busy.
I am getting a real plan from a sports nutritionist this time around. Diet has always been hard for me to nail down. Now there will be no doubting it.

Water weight from drol is coming on faster than wanted, 3 days at 50mgs and im up like 6lbs already, no diet change. Only consuming carbs before training (around 150g) and the rest of my meals are fats and protein and im gaining weight like crazy

I dont look a tonne different, slightly more vascular but lower back pumps are already an issue. Taurine will be added in and I'll probably have tomorrow off the gym and get some deep tissue done

Was going to take tonight off the gym but decided against it and went and trained arms and im glad i did. First "steroid pump" so far. Skin splitting pump from super setting bis and tris

my soreness was in my shoulders and lower back, going to have a sports massage and rest day in a day or 2. This cycle will be injury free!

Try some reagent igf. I did a few weeks of left over igf post surgery and i cant tell you 100% that it helped but it was a pretty quick recovery
 
PM weight after a pizza pre training. Weight taken after training after all my meals. i was 190 at my lightest about 5-6 weeks ago before i started training again. Guessing I'll wake up looking pretty watery but fuck it.
 
Never been a great bencher but i hit 225 for 3 sets of 10 and 1 set of 15, had been trying to get it for 4x10 since i started training again and i smashed that today
 
Awesome bro! Most I was ever able to hit was 225 5x6 and a 1rm of 275.

Last cycle i hit 3 plates for 2 touch and go, i want 10 this time round 😈

6 plates on squats for 10 is another goal and 6 plates on deads for 1

Was at 10ius a day for 16 weeks but was getting expensive so dropped it to 8ius. 5 iu upon waking up 3 iu in the evening been doing it for about 10 months now and incorporated insulin in the morning and after workouts (humalog) and is working great, love it
 
On top of this I'm coming to the end of my 25 week cycle which has been

Weeks 1-12

Test E 750mgs a week
Deca 600mgs a week
Eq 750mgs a week

Weeks 1-6
Dbol 50mgs ed

Weeks 12-25

Test E 1 gram a week
Tren E 600mgs a week (drop deca)
Eq 1 gram a week

Weeks 12-18
Anadrol 100mgs ed

On top of this 1 ml of adex 3 times a week for the whole cycle

I'll prob run the read of this year off season and try get up to like 300-310 doing a mini cut in a few weeks to harden up a bit then will continue. I still have abs Infact bidy composition hasn't changed I've slowly gained 40lbs over 25 weeks.1.5-2 lbs a week...take it slow mind you most of your ex serve weight gain will be what you've lost in ur weeks off
 
And if I do the contra won't be till next year otherwise will still go to America to compete in an amateur npc show. I wanted to do a show this year but my coach told me better off we. Ontinue off season as himself and I didn't feel ready. I'll defiently compete as a super heavy weight in my first Comp :p

Id like to get back to 230-235 but stay within 25-30lbs off stage shape, i was probably 40lbs off stage shape at 230 last time round. Weight is fluctuating at the moment I was only 208 today and 212 yesterday which is the anadrol.

Keep your off season clean man and make that 25-30lbs clean!! Get a Dex scan every 10 weeks if u can so u know what weight you're aginjng. Of the 50lbs I've gained according to Dex scans 41lbs was raw tissue and the rest was water and fat but fun gn because my body fat only went out 1.5 percent in the 25 weeks of this cycle.

I plan on keeping it tight, the longer i can spend growing the better, i dont want to prep for any longer than 16 weeks if possible. Expecting to be a little sloppy first 4 weeks with drol but after that i should even out

Been training twice a day for about a week now at moderate volume and high frequency and so far so good.

Weight is at 210 which im a little surprised at seems i bumped drol and had breakfast (still relatively clean) and a few brownies with the girl today. Maybe the increased cardio i got helped keep excess water retention away 😂

I'm going to start adding my drol caps in. So 25mg cap in the morning and about 35mg inj pre workout. When that runs out it will be all caps. Have to be close to kick in. And I'm restructuring my diet as well. So should be interesting.

Considering adding in like 10mgs of nolva eod with my 0.5mgs of adex eod to see if that helps along with cutting out some of the snacking. I also need to up my water intake a little.

I always get the flattest looking stomach from sub qs lol that with insulin gives me a bubble but :p the L.U.I doesn't salute my bubble gut bonanza. You're gonna add water regardless if you're trying to grow at your full potential it's almost impossible to keep sodium down even with clean foods.

BP is staying at 120/65 on 100mgs drol ed 600mgs of eq per week and 400mgs of test e per week. Only taking 7.5mgs of cialis eod and some herbal supplements to keep it in check.
 
Eq starting to do it thing! Abdomen looks fucked as there is 3cc of vitamins in there from this morning plus subq shots from days prior. 213lbs

Been coming down with a chesty cold last 4-5 days. Feeling pretty sick right now, appetite is down and im dehydrated easy. Sticking it out with 2 a day training though until Tuesday as im booked in for some ink and will need time off training then.

Now that leads me to my next problem, you arent meant to donate blood if you've had a tattoo in the last 6 months, how do i go about this? Lie? Because you technically cant donate if you've done any rec injections as we all do and donate anyway

Well im glad i only got 3 meals and 2 shakes in today because training legs as hard as did with a chest infection wasn't smart 😂 but fuck it im going to grow, training tomorrow morning before my tat then I'll have a day or 2 off, been like a month without a rest day now. Somehow keeping my weight around 212
 
Okay so i couldn't get my tat because i told them i was under 18, they thought i was like 25😂

To make things worse i think i have an infection or abscess in my left ass cheek from an injection and its crippling me at the moment

I legit have half a baseball on my arse now, hope its just a pool of blood because it did bleed a lot after my pin. May bleed it a few times with a 23g and see if that helps
 
Im on oral antibiotics (500mgs of flopen x3) but my mum who is an ED nurse belives i will need more than just oral antibiotics so if there is no improvement by tomorrow morning its off to hospital we go.

Flopen seems to be fairly hepatoxic so ive doubled liver aids and dropped drol dose, may drop it all together
 
All antibiotics trash the liver. Probably worse than your drol lol. Good idea hiking the dose of you liver supports.

Pissing me off, all 3 cycles have been shadowed by injury and this and my last cycle i got really sick during the first few weeks and now this abscess. Hopefully the antibiotics kill it and it won't need to.be surgically removed

Any reason you know to why you the infection (did wipe down the area pre injection etc)?

Not sure if it is actually an infection yet, it could be a sterile abscess caused by bursting a blood vessel. There was nothing wrong with injection technique

The abscess is just a part of game, it could have happened from just trt.

The antibiotics seem to be doing their job and pain is subsiding and swelling is a little better.
 
Dropped drol back to 50mgs per day and food back slightly whilst in anti biotics and had yesterday off training but trained again today.

Weighing 210lbs less water and pretty fucking good in my opinion considering the circumstances!

Abscess is considerably better today, swelling going down and pain is very bearable.

Will up anadrol back to 100mgs in the next day or so as im off antibiotics now but i look heaps better on 50mgs than 100mgs, full and round but not to bloated. 50mgs of drol may be added to my last few weeks of prep
 
Was totally fucked heading back for my second workout today, really wanted to skip it but ended having the best back workout ive had in recent memory, great pump, strong and everything just felt good. Really glad i went, i will be growing tonight!

Yeah doses are getting up there a bit now, most I've taken by a fair bit but i still have the same show in march in mind i had before i broke my hand so i have some time to make up for, health is still in check, we'll see how tren treats me in that aspect

At might height And being almost 235lbs aT 16 and the rate I'm growing I'm hoping to step on stage hard and conditioned to the bone at like 210-220lbs. Really it's all to do with how well my arms and legs are being they're the body parts I need to bring up imo.

Any idea what weight and all the you'd like to compete at?

Nah amateur ifbb show. Plans for the year are to pack on size and stay in decent shape before doing a show early march next year. I would like to be around 200 on stage which at 5' 8 i think should look pretty impressive, i know how to get in good condition too.
 
Taken 2 days off the gym to recover dropped drol added tren and t4 at 150mcg and now im going to increase cals another 600-700 per day and see how i repond to a low-moderate dose of thyroid in the off season
 
After dropping drol bp has dropped about 10 points systol and 5 points dystol and ive missed a few doses of cialis and im on tren...
 
Cialis wont change libido, its a pde5 inhibitor and vasodilator it will only increase erection ability. Test, tren and eq is a good libido stack though

Test will be bumped to 750 to get a little fuller from more aromataising gear and food was bumped as t4 was added. Food isnt massivly high yet though...
Today i wacked my food into my fitness pal and i was at 4 300 cals. 375p 400c and 140f

I'm just over 2 weeks into my drol run and lovin it, get in a bit watery but stayin relatively lean. Strong as shit too. My macros are pretty much identical to yours right now. Feel awesome at those numbers. Bloated as shit before bed after my last meal but other than that it's the prefect kcal for a killer 6 meal split and tons of pumps and energy for training. Going to increase though soon as well I've been plateaud on the scale for over a week!
