I hurt my shoulder and its really starting to bother me. I want to ask if lifting will assist the rehab process. Obviously not very heavy lifts but some rehab. What do you guys think?
Personally I would stay away from weighted exercises and focus mainly on mobility and flexibility stuff. However if you feel like you can do it it'd be best to consult your physiotherapist first and get his opinion on that just make sure you won't end up doing more harm than good.
