I personally done both but it's hard to tell if there is any lasting effects from directs. My theory (and I very well could be wrong) is that I would take my gear directly into the muscle groups that I was hitting the next day. My thinking is that the excess oil in the muscle, along with all the blood you normally force into it, will stretch the facia and allow further growth. Similar to what synthol does. It seems to have worked. After the oil dissipated, the muscle lost a little size due to oil volume but I did make great gains in those body parts. Not sure if that was the reason or not. I've read though that the glutes gives you higher blood concentrations, which would of course would make your whole body grow more. Anyone else know for sure?
