injection site pain

i injected two days ago, 300mg sustanon-250. i know the site can be sore for a day or so. but its gotten to the poit that sitting down with any weight on my right side is near impossible, and i have a desk job. theres very little swelling and no discoloraion at all, just looks like my normal white ass for the most part. any ideas, or just wait longer and it will subside?

altight, i figued it couldnt be too bad if it wasnt looking infected. but some guy made a post a while back about his friends ass swelling up and gettin all black and blue, so i was freakin out a bit, having that image in my head. thanks for the info bro

I just did my first delt shot monday and tuesday it hurt like a bitch, could barely sleep, couldn't move my arm hardly but today its MUCH better. Might wanna try taking a warm bath or use a heating pad.

If not swolen at injection site [lump] and not red and warm to the touch, you should be fine bro...

sust almost always hurts like a biatch first couple injects ,,, good news is after a few more injections
9 out of 10 times does not hurt as bad...


keep massaging site and next time warm up the sust under some hot water b4 injection, and take a hot shower while massaging area right after..

thanks guys, just got home from work, and after sitting all day im strugglin to get around. tylenol has become my best friend since the injection. glad to know things will get better.

it is just a little puffy but i can barely tell, no redness though. i also feels like the pain is spreading to my hip bone kinda. still the same area but just trying to give out the most information i can

lol i just went threw this i feel much better after a day or so ,heat thevail up in hot water before you shoot and rub the spot in the shower under hot water after you inject .like they said

if it is really bad you can alternate heat and cold on your swelling

Just wain it is normal to have pain. My girlfriend experiences it all the time. If it starts to get red and hard goto the doc.

im gonna massage it and put some heat on it tonight, they had a heat and massage pad at the drug store, im pretty stoked about it.

alright woke up today and it doesnt seem any worse which is good. still no redness and there isnt a lump, just some puffiness.

it should go down after a few days man, my shoulder is tons better just a tad bit sore like a bruise but i got full range of motion of my arm back. Id suggest shooting before you work out which ever muscle you working that day like glutes on leg day because everyone i've talked to so far said it helps with the pain alot.

about to go to bed and it still hurtin. still swollen a bit, it feels like a knott almost right where the injection was. anyone got any ideas on this one? i havent taken any tylenol since this mornin so the pain is deffinatly down i guess im not gonna take any so hopefully tomorrow i can get a good assessment of the pain tomorrow. i iced and put heat on it tonight. tomorrow will be day 4 after injection

You'll be ok man. I get the same feeling when i do my left glute shot...feels like i got kicked in the side of the ass by a donkey....I'm taking Sust 250 as well. Throw a heat pad on it...or take a wicked hot shower. I find the heat makes it way better....it will eventually subside.

alright its the end of day 4 and it seems better i gues the swelling seems more localized. i think i knicked a nerve or somethin because sometimes i feel a pinch down my right leg. what do u guys think? also everyone says a few days for this to go away is 5 to 6 days uncommon for me to have pain? still no redness, this is the only thing keeping me from thinking its infected. any ideas guys?

aight its day 6 post inject nd everything is getin backt to normal. phew, i want to thank everyone for ur help, i would have freaked out alot more without yalls info. hit the second injection last night and very little soreness today. i heated the sust and massaged site afterwards also put heat pad on it. again thanks bros
