Index Finger On Ring or illegal wides

Which ring the bar has a few? Is this the one closest to the middle the center or the one near the end of the bar?

What ring is considered an illegal wide grip?
Which ring is normal? For me It's the first ring past teh smothe sections.


I think the middle ring is shinnier than the rest.


I feel like I never even worked out.

Maybe I never really did? I wish I ahd a knowledgable training partner or even someone with the same interests in my gym that I can pick their brain.

My comfortable bench grip is 22 inches.

I see in the the ipf rulebook you can go as wide as 32".

Anything beyond the widest rings which should be 32" apart.
