increasing the absorbtion of protien???

i think i read a thread a while ago about ginger

does anyone know what increase the absorbtion of protein or what ginger really does?
 
ginger is good for the digestive tract (chinese herbal remedy for gastric problems - maybe its linked to AA absorption)

i heard from somewhere ginger helps, the chicken breasts I eat are laced with it
 
Yes Ginger casuples assist the process of protein absorbtion, so it's not the quantity of protein that you take it comes down to how much your body can absorbed.

Also pineapple has certain enzymes that assist the asorption and metabolism of protein too. Bromelain- pineapple derivative also does that.

Lastly, don't forget EQ!
 
good info i had no idea ginger was good for gastric problems thats amazing i have the worst gastric problems b/c of all the protein i consume
