Increasing hamstrings

Train + diet to grow + rest.
Best exercise for me are Deadlift, RDL, Stiff, Leg Curl and GHR. Give priority to hamstring training by increasing the volume, intensity, frequency, etc. You need to eat to grow, maintenance diet or calorie deficit will not bring the expected result.
And the most important of all... patience and consistency.
 
Most people when training hamstrings are using WAY too much weight. 99% of people on the lying hamstring machine are swinging and letting momentum do the work.

Drop the weight and focus on the mind/muscle connection
