Increased intensity, volume or frequency on cycle

Do you usually increase your intensity, volume or frequency on cycle compared to off-peroids? I'm doing my first cycle soon and after lifting for nine years I have a pretty good feeling about how much I can push myself before overtraining. I know that I will recover a lot faster and have significantly increased strength once I start on aas, but how would you change your workout regiment (if you do at all)?

I've been logging every workout the last five years and keep very strict control in that regard. I know that I will have to listen to my body and adjust accordingly to how I respond, but I just wanted to have a few opinions from experienced aas-users.

Usually all of the above. Have more stamina, therefore increased volume and more energy ups the intensity. Usually go from 4 days a week to up 6 on my 4 day split.

Im a firm believer in going as hard as i can everyday... Everyday is an opportunity to make progress and get better and i try to fully take advantage of the opportunities

^^ agreed, always focused. Always pushing the envelope.

As it pertains to on cycle intensity, christ , I'm ridiculous without anything! Can't imagine starting my very 1st Dieselbolan run on Friday.

However I'm a firm believer that one becomes OVERTRAINED due to lack of rest or insufficient caloric intake, or the combination of.

I'm a firm believer in enough sleep. I think a lot of people take to lightly about sleeping enough and letting the body rest and repair. After all, that's when we repair the damage done and come back stronger!

Thanks for replies! I'll hit it hard as always!

ya sometimes i get terrible pumps that makes me have to stop working out. occasionly i actually workout less, but just get more out of my workouts. on days where that doesn't happen though, i can spend all day in the gym. i am not a fan of volume, but most people advocate those type of workouts when cutting. i disagree, and use the same types of hypertrophy workouts and just increase cardio and decrease cals/carbs. i increase intensity and frequency

Yeah, I know that, at least for me, I have to be careful about putting in too much volume. I've learned that the hard way before getting burnt out and responded much better when I cut the volume a bit. I guess I'll have to experiment a little bit and see how much I can take while on my first cycle.
