Incline bench question

What do you guys think about this chest routine?

30 degree inlcine barbell press
15 degree incline dumbell press
Incline dumbell flyes
Dips/ cable crossovers or decline dumbell press.

Is this too much for the upper chest? I dont get much out of flat benching.

I also dont like flat benching,

but you are better to start off with flat flyes then jump to the 30 degree incline ( superset )! I would just change the flyes to flat......too much for upper. The dips are great, keep them!
That superset is great........you will reduce you shoulders and triceps from being too involved....if that is your problem! If you choose not to try the superset, then drop the incline flyes to a flat flye!

Wyllis - it's fine. don't let anyone tell you it's possible to do more "incline" than "flat" benching. me, as well as many bodybuilders are lagging more in the upper area, and i think the majority of bodybuilders could benefit from just such a routine. i believe kevin levrone doesn't flat bench ever, and he has a great chest. not to say flat benching isnt important, but i couldnt imagine that adding a little more incline to your routine could be anything but good.

My flat bench is not as strong as my incline bench but i spend a lot more time on the incline. My chest does not feel as sore after a workout when i do decline or flat benching.

I was just...............

saying that I would add the flat flye vrs. the incline flye for balance in the chest area. I agree most people lack in the upper chest........so I prefer to do inclines vrs. flat myself, but I would not eliminate any flat work. As far as the superset I recommended.......... it was for someone who, when bench flat or inclined has a problem with the shoulders or triceps being involved too much! You routine looks o.k. otherwise!
