In Need of a Great Diet Plan!

I'm 6'5 and 190... i need a great diet plan so i can put on plenty of muscle mass! I eat 6-7 meals a day but its like burgers and pizza just trying to gain weight to turn it into muscle, but i want to get on a set diet plan. Where can i find a good one at or can you give me some?

I'm 22, and i've been lifting for awhile but i've played baseball through college so its a different kind of training, but i have been actually lifting for bulk for about 7 months now, and the diet i've been on is see it, eat it! which i know is not healthy, but just trying to add weight!

At 6'5 190 you obviously have a lean body frame and likely a high metabolism. Eating 6-7 times a day is a great first start. Also, if you are doing cardio I would cut that out. Lower your reps and increase weight which it seems like you've been doing. Also-limit your workouts to an hour in duration max. Many people when trying to bulk spend way too much time in the gym.

Even when bulking I always try and eat clean and eat mostly poultry and lean beef. Try and eat mostly good carbs like whole wheat pastas and brown rice. Eat your cheesuburgers and pizza once or twice a week. In terms of a specific diet plan-Sit down and try and calculate how many calories you've been taking in. While you are eating 6-7 times a day you may not be taking in a high amount of calories. Whatever youre taking increase it by 1000 calories and you'll have to add mass. Between that and eliminatiing cardio you should be getting bigger. Also make sure that you take in lots of protein especially around workouts and some say even a protein shake before bed. yeah i've been in there for 2 1/2 hours and i been told to stop that... how many calories should i take in a day or a week?
