Hey guys i have been consolidating my chest, tricep, and shoulder days for awhile into one. I have noticed that my bench has reached a stalling point because of my shoulder which have always been the lagging muscles. I am gonna do a chest and tris day and then a separate shoulder day. Please post up your killer shoulder workouts to blast through my shoulders.

Right now im a huge fan of the behind the head bar press, but i need a lot more to get my shoulders caught up to my chest and tris

concentrate on your delts, front

and i don't do behind the head anything... way too easy to injure the shoulder

why do u feel its your shoulders that are killing your bench?? best way i've found to improve my bench is decline lockouts with a stupid amount of weight.
but for shoulders, i like:
1. military on the smith machine in front. im an advocate of only going down to my mouth and stopping well before lockouts for 10 sets of 10, 45 sec rest. i do this one week, the next week a do something more traditional, 16,12,10,8,6, 1 min rest. than the next week 5x5 90sec rest.

2. after ive done my presses i run the rack. 2 sets of light db, seated, palms to the floor raised up and in to my eye level. 1 set slightly heavier for 10. than i go over to a weight i can only do standing for 2-3 and run down the rack in 7.5lb increments to failure.

3.from time to time i do seated arnolds heavy if some asshole is on the smith machine.

Im not going low on the behind the head, im only going to about middle of the back of my head where my arms make a 90 angle. I think its great, i would never go low on that, my god the pain!
