I need to improve my posture and want to strengthen certain part of my body to improve my posture. What would be some good tings to start with as I have no lifting experience.
the gym can actually make your posture WORSE. why? cause when people workout they tend to favor their stronger muscles already and their weak muscles get weaker.. ever see the meatheads at your gym walking around with rolled shoulders? well that is why
so when you workout make sure you are hitting both sides of the muscles.. not just chest, you gotta hit back too.
