those were the ingredients i pulled up. honestly the ingredients aren't THAT BAD. you will find if you look up most protein powders the ingredients are 100X worse than this. so if you are a vegan or vegetarian this is a good option for you. if you aren't one of those then stick with grassfed beef, pastured humane eggs, and wild fish as your top protein options
