Sounds like a good choice my man! You can never be to careful with your health. There is no rush to having a perfect physique (It takes time like anything else) There is no point in having the body you've always wanted if you can't live long enough to enjoy it
I think you can keep healthy also by doing cardio/endurance stuff and eating right.
Also, like the others said, if necessary there are drugs.
However satch I don't believe you compete (except to kick some internet pretender's ass ) so might as well take the middle road, as Buddha said, rather than take one drug to bring you up, then have to take another drug to bring you down, drugs on top of drugs, etc.
variations in diet, cardiovascular conditioning and genetics (as well as ancillary drugs and supplements) are all siginificant factors.
though genetics far and away is the greatest factor, though being aware of genetic issues and predispositions allows for adjustments in other areas to, at least partially, compensate.
Sorry to hear that satch. High blood pressure is just as much genetic as problem caused. 150 is nothing and 125 is normal. But it's your life and you do with it what makes you happy man. I'll take any extras you may have lying around. Drugs and medicine will be better by the time I am 50 anyway.
I had low BP my whole life until I started taking AS. But then when I started loading up on AI's and limiting salt and now it's back down to normal. Like Macro posted, Sesamax helps tremendously.
