Take it from me. If you're using a Mach3, it is almost impossible to cut the balls. The sack is uncuttable. Just tug and shave.
 
I keep everything around there shaved smooth with just some hair on top.

It's sooo much better & cleaner. & yes it does feel much better when being serviced :D

Mach 3 here as well. I never used to, but the wifey said that if she has to stay clean shaven, so do I. It works out pretty well. I don't think I could ever sport the hairy beanbag look again.
