I think that you'll find them a waste of your time as i did.

I used them for several months - no effect at all. you might have a different result, but I'd be surprised if you do. If you're going natural you'll see more results from creatine.

here's a good tip. if you purchased more than one bottle, keep the receipt. You will return that BS after a few weeks of no change. Prohormones are a waste.
