color means vitamins and minerals protiens etc. First time you piss after you take your multivitamin should be really yellow. The fact that it loses color is a good thing but basically just means you are drinking enough water to keep your system flushed.

good post bro. Was wondering about the first piss after I take my B-Complex (B12, B6, etc) and no matter how much water I gulp down, the first piss is always yellow

with b complex, there is usually high level excretion so its to be expected (however increasing water will thin it out)

That's exactly true! I just had little sips of water before bed and when I went to piss. I pissed out more than what I took in so the body kept it inh reserve
