I basically just started reading any thread that had a title that interested me. That just gave me more questions so I started searching for answers (you are plat so you can use the search feature). That led me to more threads to read. So mostly the answer is just read, read, read, and read some more. Btw as far as mods go needtogetaas is the fuckin man over here on the steroid boards.

yes, it starts with us all forming a single file line, arranged shortest to tallest. you get the position at the front of the line. but, there are stipulations; you must step forward 5 ft. from the person behind you and face the line. upon doing this the first person (shortest) will procede to kick you in the balls and return to the end of the line. the process is complete when everyone has had a good go at it, or when you fall over, whichever comes first.

then of course the lady wants to go out to a party and i get to hang out with her annoying friends and be sober through it because of the cycle....i love it when her friends bf's try and talk about lifting when they're just skinny guys who spend 10 mins in the gym and 45 mins in the spa - u know the type
