Sample: Meal #1 4 scrambled eggs and 1/3 cup oatmeal. #2 Protein shake or post workout. #3 Chicken or turkey or any lean protein with a salad and 1/2 cup brown rice. #4 Same as above, but vegetables and yams. #5 Fish and vegetables. Drink lots of water. Stay away from processed foods. Have about 3 cups of green tea.
