So here's the deal. I'm overweight, and it's causing me to be depressed, which in turn makes me lazy and seditary. I need to change something. I install hardwood floors for a living, which is a decent workout, but nothing compared to the gym. But after work, I have zero energy to get to the gym, which is also fueling my depression. What I'm looking for is a diet that I can easily follow that will help me lose fat as quick as possible. I'm going to force myself into the gym to do cardio and some weights after work. I have no need to me extremely muscular, and I can also pack on mass later on. My weakest point in all of this is going to be my diet. I've never been good at dieting, and am horrible at picking which diet to use. I've done Atkins in the past with good results, until I stopped the diet, and packed on all the weight I had lost in a very short period of time, resulting in some nasty stretch marks. Anyways, if any of you bros can point me in the right direction of which diet I should use (I'm an Endo/Mesomorph) I would appreciate it very much.
