Oh! That is what I want to do with cottage cheese. There is an unopened tub in my fridge now. I'm working on the whole "eat to live, not live to eat" thing myself.

Any tips for Cottage cheese? OR just grunt it out so to speak?

this is the hardest meal for me because i just dont like eating much after i workout. and this is the largest protein portion i eat all day.

even with all the fuckin food im shoveling down my face im still getting leaner. its cool but scary at the same time

Subz man I had a peice of chicken like that yesterday it was huge at least 1.5 lbs, but it was honestly probably the best peice of meat I've ever eaten in my entire life. Some freerange chicken that I picked up from a local butcher/rancher.. fuck me was it delicious.. I had some dill on it.. and some pepper.. sooooo good.

my diet today sucked ass though =-(

I wanted to go to subway and get some doublemeat sandwhiches for my workshift, but that fucking bitchassfucking homofucking crossdressers was like.. uh tch.. there is like no bread.. I almost killed him..

so I had to go get some fast food.. fuck..

but it was either cook healthy or workout today, I just to lift.. good choice in my opinion, subway would have been a good option I think, hah.

I love cottage cheese, with fat free yogart good shit mayn. The fat free shit is kinda gross, so I get 1%. Sliced peaches in cottage cheese is good also.
 
i had to cut out chicken. i fuckin hate it from eating it a million times a day. i expeirence the exact same thing you do...EVERYTIME i eat chicken. it's just much drier than most meats, and tougher

now i can only eat it once in awhile

i can eat fish and steak all day....happy with that. maybe some eggs here and there

i could never get tired of steak or fish (salmon, talipia, swordfish, tuna, collosal shrimp)

If you are bulking you should eat more red meat. It's got like twice as many cals as chicken. Just get lean ground beef or lean sirloin.
 
Damn..I feel ya. A couple years ago I was making 2 chix breast and salad before I went to class, it took longer to foreman the chix than I thought and I ended up having about 5 minutes to eat it. I chowed that shit down, my roommates were waiting for me because we were riding to class together. I came out of my room to go and immediately felt dizzy.

I ran back to the bathroom and puked up everything I just ate. I had hardly chewed the chicken and that was some painful shit coming up. I felt better in like 20 seconds tho and made it to class :)

What a wasted effort tho :rolleyes:

i feel you bro same shit happened when i was eating tuna 2 summers ago.

icant eat canned tuna anymore.

but i was eating it down got to 1/4th of the can was left, and i chokedo n a piece and just puked it all up.

being the hardcore mofo i am i went downstairs, got another can, and started over. fuckin agony.

and mus1cjunk1e, i eat around .8 lbs of redmeat a day, but for the other meals i cant always be having red meat because of too much fat in them

The 93/7 lean ground beef has almost no fat in it. I guess it probably still has a lot more than lean chicken but its not bad. But then again I'm an ecto so a little extra fat never hurt me.
