IGF-1 for Site Enhancement

In the process of researching IGF-1 DES and LR3. Would like to try either in the near future but would like to get input on which is better for site enhancement. I will continue to do more research but would still like to ask you guys for it since I can get all answers straight up.

For site enhancement, I understand I would need to pin bi-laterally (ex. both biceps)
How would one go about pinning biceps and triceps? EOD, 2x week, only on arm days??
I don't know if EOD is too much, but that seems to be what most people do.
Yes, I am aware that there are 3 heads of the triceps and 2 heads of the biceps. So which head would I pin?

5'7"
208lbs (floating a lot lately)
15% BF

Firstly I would lose try and lose some bf before doing this. Both would be incredible. DES is more anabolic but I have yet to try it. I have 2 vials of our LR3 on the way so gonna run that after my cjc-dac.

I know a few guys who are using LR3 with fantastic results. If you use it do micro injs of 10mcg eod. You could pin every head using a slin pin. So you could do 3-6 shots for each tri-cep eod. I would also try some in another body part... bi-ceps for example. I would use it pre workout and train your arms each time.
