18% alcohol for about 3.50 750mL bottle, you can slam it and it doesnt taste strong at all. Just guzzle it. Go for two and have some red mountain dew handy to chase it

Seriously, I wasn't going for the most "bang for the buck".

I've been told by a reliable source that as far as grocery store wines go ... the cheaper ones are as good as the more expensive choices.

Again, I'm not a connoisseur, soooooo ... I'm sure one grocery store merlot would taste the same as another to me.

We used to buy boones for the sorority girls that came over to our house, its like mass cheap, not strong so once they were tipsy we'd switch it up with some cisco. That stuff is potent as hell and the taste is deceptive
