If no carbs at night...what do you eat?

I was just wondering what you all eat at night that has no carbs. I don't want to eat carbs after I eat my dinner (around 5-6 pm), but I am not sure of what to eat. I have been just not eating anything, but I am so hungry by the time I go to bed, it's crazy. I am afraid that if I keep on just not eating anything, one night I will just get so hungry that I'll just eat something really bad for me like chips or ice cream! PLEASE HELP!

Thanks A Lot :)

You may as well be eating what ever you want. The solution is most definitely not to starve yourself. It will harm your metabolism, can cause you to lose muscle and like you mentioned, it is going force you to break sooner or later and pig out. If you are going to totally avoid carbs after a certain hour, you could eat chicken, steak, fish, eggs. Like BBA said protein and fats. Perhaps you don't need to be even that strict. Probably just limiting your carb intake would be enough to achieve the results that you are shooting for.

Thanks for all the advice!! I think I will try doing the chicken, steak, fish, or eggs at night. I don't know how much tuna this girl can eat!!

If you find it hard to eat foods, maybe you could have a shake before bed, ideally you want slow release protein at night. Something i have every now and then is a tub of cotttage cheese (Casein) with a scoop of whey powder and a small dollop of natty pb
if you dont mind supplements you can probably just use a whey/casein blend like metrx protein+ or miscellean etc etc :)
