Keep the good fats high, flaxseed oil, peanut butter etc. 190lbs x 20 = 3800
110g fats (990 calories) + 250g protein (1000 caloires) + 450g carbs (1800 calories)
It may seem a little high so slowly increase the amounts, if you feel to bloated swop some carbs for a little more protein.
Everyone is different but about 3800 gave me good gains. I also included creatine, Zinc matric and glutamine.
PLUS, always make sure your training is putting all this nutritional effort to good use, good luck matey.
yo that helps alot bro.. thanks .. so Im guessing the EQ, for cals. is weight x 20 . that sound resonable .. its so hard to get 5 or 6 thousand cals in me a day ha ha ...
